Victoria Grove
Victoria Grove
The building, with hoarding hiding its ground floor, was formerly All Crafts (a DIY shop). The houses that have been built on the site, following its demolition, were the result of a planning application, Y10/0417/SH, through Shepway District Council, which states, “erection of two three-storey houses fronting Victoria Grove., a four-storey block of four flats with upper floor set within roofspace fronting Connaught Road, and single-storey mews dwelling in central part of site”.
