Agaricus xanthodermus - picked
Agaricus xanthodermus - picked
Here are two of the Yellow Staining Mushrooms (Agaricus xanthodermus) (see TL2601 : Agaricus xanthodermus (Yellow staining mushroom)) picked and brought back to the office a few yards away. The two examples here show an immature specimen on the left displaying its club-like or padded drum-stick shape, and a mature specimen on the right with its ring and some yellow staining on the base and to the cap (on the right-hand side). To see the chrome yellow staining of this poisonous species see TL2601 : Agaricus xanthodermus - indicative chrome yellow
