Neatly fenced, this might be mistaken for one of the similar electricity sub stations in town. But it is far larger, large enough to be outlined on the 1:25K sheets. And it carries an antenna for telemetry.

It is in fact a pump station, for the foul water outflow on the estate that was built at the millennium where Moody's glasshouses stood.
