Sunlit ridge of Dollywaggon Pike
Sunlit ridge of Dollywaggon Pike
Dollywaggon Pike is the final mountain top of the southern end of the Helvellyn range. The sunlit ridge is part of the declining southern branch of the mountain which descends to Grisedale Tarn. Beyond Grisedale Tarn another mountain group, the Fairfield range rises; Fairfield is the cloud-shadowed mountain at the left of the image.
