Little Bunting (Emberiza pusilla), Skaw
Skaw is famous amongst birders as a place to see rare birds. The Little Bunting is a scarce migrant, commoner in Shetland than elsewhere in Britain, but still a noteworthy sighting. The species breeds as close as Finland and NE Russia, but is mainly found in Siberia and normally winters in southern Asia.
