Shore Road bridge, Stirling station
Shore Road bridge, Stirling station
The bridge is being rebuilt to provide extra clearance for overhead wires. The original level steel girders have been removed, and are being replaced by reinforced concrete arches which will raise the roadway in the centre of the bridge. The bridge is closed to road traffic, but a temporary footbridge has been installed on this side.
