Amanita citrina (False Death Cap) - immature
Amanita citrina (False Death Cap) - immature
An immature specimen of Amanita citrina (False Death Cap) found growing in Drayton Wood a few yards from two fully developed specimens (SP9207 : Amanita citrina (False Death Cap) in Drayton Wood)
Note this is a poisonous but not deadly fungus, but as its name suggests it could be confused for the lethal (true) Death Cap (A. phalloides)
