SP8928 : Grand Union Canal: Bridge Number 107

taken 4 years ago, near to Bragenham, Buckinghamshire, Great Britain

Grand Union Canal: Bridge Number 107
Grand Union Canal: Bridge Number 107
There has always been a bridge over the canal here, linking Soulbury and Bragenham, but this is a modern replacement. The top lock of the Soulbury Three Locks is visible through the bridge, but as originally designed the locks were paired so the original bridge would probably have had two arches.
