Not just 'Ramos' and their 'Turkish Kebabs' (the whole fast food industry has been in international hands for decades, so Ramos comes as no surprise) but 'Euro Foods' which stocks branded goods from all over the continent: most so unfamiliar that they don't have any labelling in English at all. This is entrepreneurial spirit in action! Oh, and Beers from distant lands too. They even manage to source fresh vegetables we don't normally see.

It must be a nightmare for trading standards, trying to enforce food labelling law, but I like it!

As a general rule of thumb the lower the roofline in a 2-storey shop, the older the fabric. The Euro food store is probably 18th century, though I have heard 17th century suggested.
