This wreck was formerly a mine countermeasures vessel (MCMV) and was probably used in the Second World War. Perhaps its most striking feature is that it appears similar to a fish's skeleton, with its frames protruding into the air.

It's been here a fair while, too; it was present in a 1949 aerial photograph of Forton Lake, although in much better a state than I've shown in this photo.
