Pill Priory ruins
Pill Priory ruins
It's quite a shock to come upon the massive remnant of a C13 priory church in this tiny hamlet which is known simply as Priory. The establishment belonged to the Order of Tiron and was dependent upon St Dogmael's Abbey in the north of the county.
