SJ9495 : No entry to Long Meadow Passage

taken 4 years ago, near to Hyde, Tameside, Great Britain

No entry to Long Meadow Passage
No entry to Long Meadow Passage
Long Meadow Passage connects the Long Meadow car park to Market Street put only for pedestrians. The "No Entry" is possibly redundant since the passage is now blocked by bollards not to mention a skip. Do motorists really need the sign underneath imploring them not to leave valuables in their car? Isn't it a sign of the "blame the victim" attitude so prevalent today? Where are the signs warning thieves not to steal from cars?

The tall building on the right is an undertakers.
