Grand Union Canal: Lock Number 27: Leighton Lock
Grand Union Canal: Lock Number 27: Leighton Lock
There is a fall of 6' 8" or 2.03 metres through this lock. Curiously the lock is not a formally nationally Listed Structure, although the white lockkeeper's cottage on the left is a Grade II Listed Building.
