NN4852 : Rannoch forest at dusk

Rannoch forest at dusk
Rannoch forest at dusk
Darkness approaching in Rannoch Forest - viewed on a fast crossing of grid square NN4852 - I would like to reach the path in NN4952 before it becomes pitch black here. The forest has expanded eastwards, with the original boundary, marked on earlier editions of OS mapping, indicated by the fence visible in the middle distance. The newly planted terrain makes for difficult walking, with ankle-breaking holes, tree roots and uneven boggy ground - hence an expletive-laden traverse with three "crash-landings".
