The building on the right is listed Grade II and is described as early to mid-19C Gothic Revival, formerly a school. On the left, the focal point of the street is a building named The Chantry and Little Chantry, Grade II*, with a nucleus built in 1546-48 by Thomas Horton de Iford. There are some 16C details on the north eleveation. The west elevation is 17C, and the east one, seen here, 18C.
