The Killigrew monument of the famous Killigrew family in Arwenack Street Falmouth (Aberfal)

Martin Lister Killigrew left instructions to erect the Killigrew Monument or Pyramid in 1737, he insisted that there should be no inscription, not even a date. The cost of the pyramid was 455 15s. 6d. It is formed of blocks of granite and is 44 feet high and 14 feet wide at its base.
