Eas Chia-aig waterfall
Eas Chia-aig waterfall
Previously, the recognised starting point for a walk in the Arkaig Hills around here was from the car park at grid reference NN177888 where a plunging waterfall called the Eas Chia-aig enters the river near to the end of Loch Arkaig. However, the path up from here has been affected by fallen trees resulting from deforestation activities and so a new route has been created.
