Vale of Rheidol Railway, Llanbadarn
This view dates from the time when the narrow gauge railway to Devil's Bridge was operated by British Rail and the steam locomotives and coaches were painted in corporate rail blue. In this view a train crosses the Afon Rheidol before it commences the long climb up the valley. Compare with this more recent shot: SN6080 : "Llywelyn" crossing Afon Rheidol.
