The left house is the 4-bedroomed Bayfield, then two 3-bedroomed Buckleys. At left edge of the photo can be seen the other end of SU4831 : Wykeham Way.
Abbots Walk housing development
On a formerly green-field site on the north eastern corner of Winchester city. From the signage "A luxury development of 1,2,3,4 & 5 bedroom homes by Redrow". From Redrow's web site "The Buckley 3-bedroom house from £459,950. The Wykeham 3-bedroom detached house. The Keats 2-bedroom house." The 1-bedroom housing is described as affordable.
Although this style of building would probably be panned by modern architects, it seems attractive and varied to me. The development looks well planned and is surprisingly quiet once one gets away from the busy B3047 Worthy Road.
