Path heading north for Moel y Parc
Path heading north for Moel y Parc
For those following Offa's Dyke path northwards, the way seems to continue along the ridge, as you'd expect, in a broad and well-used trod towards Moel y Parc. Careful inspection of the signposting (or, indeed, the map), however, will show that Offa 's Dyke walkers don't see Moel y Parc as a worthwhile objective, and sidle off left here down a Byway shared with the Clwydian Way (thereby rendering walkers at risk of being mown down not only by mountain bikes or ponies, but by motorbikes and 4-wheel-drivers, too, although, to be fair, the ones I encountered seemed to be polite and careful).
