Keble Martin Chapel, Dartmoor
Keble Martin Chapel, Dartmoor
Early in the 20th century the Reverend Keble Martin used to visit this location on camping trips with a group of friends, and the chapel was constructed by them so they could worship.
The chapel was used for the blessing of a wedding in 1990, and a child was baptised in the adjacent house soon after the chapel was built. A small incised cross can be seen on the single stone centre/right.
