Looking south from Combeshead Cross

The main road runs north-south close to the watershed. Combeshead is a farm where a stream rises to flow eastwards to Harbertonford and the River Dart. Another stream rises on the west of the road in the slight valley ahead, and that flows to the River Avon and Bigbury Bay
