near to Cobb, Dorset County, Great Britain

View from the end of the Cobb
The original rocks at the end of the Cobb were extended during 2006 as part of the Lyme Regis coastal protection scheme. Many tonnes of Norwegian granite were imported by barge and arranged using mechanical diggers. The cliff in the distance is known as Golden Cap.
