Detail from TL4457 : Stained glass in the Church of St Mary the Less in Cambridge

The whole stained glass window by Charles Eamer Kempe shows the line of descent from Jesse, through David to Jesus. David plays his harp in the centre light, and that is shown in closer detail here.

The church is north of Peterhouse in Trumpington Street, and is known locally as Little Saint Mary's to distinguish it from the Church of St Mary the Great, a little further north.
