Beech woodland on Yellowham Hill, Puddletown Forest
The gravel track beyond the trees leads down Yellowham Hill to the A35 dual carriageway. The beech trees in the foreground are growing in a large disused pit in the side of the hill. The area is now used by off-road cyclists - the track is a sensible way to get back up to the top of the hill.
