The outer defensive ditches at Old Sarum.
Yet another piece of our heritage. Public toilets.However these toilets were originally built during WWI as part of the defences for the then nearby Army Air Corps base situated near by.
The site was again used defensively during WWII. Vehicles preparing for D Day were parked here under large camouflaged nets.
