SD6728 : Originally British Telecom Building

taken 10 years ago, near to Blackburn, Blackburn With Darwen, England

Originally British Telecom Building
Originally British Telecom Building
This building with the main entrance on Duke street was originally occupied by British Telecom, it was taken over by Blackburn College and until recently was in use mainly for Higher Education. It has recently closed, subjected to a major refurbishment and is now back in use and occupied, although I do not know who by.
