Fish Trail, Kingston upon Hull
The Fish Trail, sponsored by Seven Seas Limited, was originally commissioned by Kingston upon Hull City Council for the Hull 1992 Festival. The artist Gordon Young has created the trail of 41 sculptures, each representing the actual size of the fish. Full details can be found in the Trail leaflet: LinkExternal link (Archive LinkExternal link )

No.9: Dogfish
Location: pavement, Castle Street, adjacent pedestrian crossing between Dagger Lane and Prince's Dock Street.

It really is this difficult to see. It is chasing the Catfish (TA0928 : Fish Trail, Kingston upon Hull) which has made the speed lines on the left (Dogfish, Catfish, do you see what he did there?).
