Arctic Tern at Long Nanny
Arctic Tern at Long Nanny
Long Nanny is a coastal National Trust property which includes an important tern colony on the beach. Arctic Terns predominate, but the importance of the colony is determined by the presence of the rare Little Terns. Here an Arctic Tern is pictured with a juicy sand eel in its beak.
