Commemoration stone

I'm not entirely sure if this commemoration stone has been in place since 1914 as it doesn't look as if it's had enough weathering for that amount of time, however it commemorates the fact that Adelina Patti, a famous opera singer in the early 20th century who lived in the nearby Craig Y Nos mansion and owned this land planted the oak tree just beyond the stone.
