Entrance to Chessington South station
Chessington South is the terminus of a suburban branch line from Motspur Park (on the line from Epsom to the South Western main line at Raynes Park). It was opened in 1939 to serve the growing suburbs of south west London; the styling of the stations is very much of its time.
