The roundabout is at the junction of Blue Street & A4242; in the centre sits a Red Dragon. Called The Carmarthen Dragon, it was created by Tony Woodman for the Heart of the Dragon Festival (2007) in Newcastle Emlyn, where the last dragon in Wales was slain many years ago.
