Looking across Harty Marshes
Looking across Harty Marshes
Capel Fleet is what originally made Harty an island. The footpath along the north side of Capel Fleet from the Raptor Viewpoint to Leysdown Country Park is not signposted and it is not clear which side of a drainage ditch one should follow. This view looks across the drainage ditch, which was being dredged, and across Capel Fleet where the reeds can be seen. The trees are on a slightly raised area on Harty Marshes.
