A picturesque edifice near to the entrance gate of The Princess of Wales Memorial Playground in the north-west corner of the park. It is known as the "Time Flies" Clock Tower and Drinking Fountain". It was the gift of a Mrs Galpin and it bears the following inscription: "This fountain was erected 1909 in memory of a beloved son and one who loved little children."
