SD1399 : Nature Wood at Forest How

taken 10 years ago, near to Eskdale Green, Cumbria, England

Nature Wood at Forest How
Nature Wood at Forest How
The top of the rock outcrop, being flat and up in the tree canopy, would be ideal for squirrel and bird observation. The hope is that the red squirrel population will re-generate, and nesting boxes will encourage squirrels, birds and owls to set up home in this wood.
