SU3301 : Fallen tree, Beaulieu Heath

taken 4 years ago, 3 km from Pilley, Hampshire, Great Britain

Fallen tree, Beaulieu Heath
Fallen tree, Beaulieu Heath
The fallen tree once stood on the boundary between farmland and heath. The wooded appearance is deceptive as the track runs through a narrow band of a mixture of deciduous trees, mainly oak, ash and hawthorn, at the edge of the more usual heath landscape.
