Chemical Crystallography Laboratory, Parks Road, Oxford
This building housed researchers (including me) and devices called X-ray diffractometers, which collect data to help establish the crystal structures of a vast variety of materials. Nobel Prize winner Dorothy Hodgkin was its most famous inhabitant. The lab is now sadly disbanded and the building has been turned over to other uses. Grade II listed: LinkExternal link .
