taken 10 years ago, near to West Lulworth, Dorset, England

Outside Stair Hole
Outside Stair Hole
From here the three breaches in the Portland Stone that create Stair Hole can be seen. There is a gap in the rock rampart on the left leading to a small stony beach, and two low natural arches to its right. For views of the arches from the inside see SY8279 : Natural Arch and SY8279 : Natural Arch.
