WW2 bunkers, Holme Dunes
Alongside the White Trail through the Holme Dunes NNR. Holme Dunes (Norfolk Wildlife Trust), is a beautiful and varied North Norfolk site of 281 hectares where The Wash meets the North Sea. Sand dunes have developed behind the extensive sand and mudflats. There are areas of saltmarsh, freshwater grazing marsh and reedbed. A popular spot with birdwatchers. There is now a visitor centre with friendly staff, and a small café.
