Lodge and gates, Lamport
Lodge and gates, Lamport
South-west of Lamport Hall. The neo-Tudor Swan Lodge dates from 1849-50, the work of a local man, J.G. Bland. Grade II listed.
More interesting are the gate piers, crowned with cast-iron swans (an Isham family symbol). These are by Henry Hakewill, 1824. Grade II listed.
