SX8345 : Slapton Sands

taken 3 years ago, near to Slapton, Devon, Great Britain

Slapton Sands
Slapton Sands
A blue sea and golden sands - well, not exactly, as Slapton Sands are / is a bar composed of shingle. The coast curves pat Blackpool Sands and Stoke Felming towards the Dart estuary, with Froward Point and the Mew Stone just visible in the haze at larger sizes. Right of the latter is a sailing boat with a spinnaker.
