The instruction here is quite clear, though at least expressed in more polite language than is often the case.

Two thoughts occur to me. The first is that it is unusual for a Right of Way to just stop: so I wonder if there was a continuation that has been closed. The second is that this hilltop is a classic example of what ought to be Access Land. I presume that it was not so classified because it was quite low (177m).

Out at sea in the distance are the rocks of Ynys Dulas SH5090.
