A disused bar at the corner of Walnut Street to which the following planning permission applies: “Z/2009/1261/F 141-143 Donegall Pass, Belfast, BT7 1DS Erection of a three storey building with retail unit on ground floor and 9 apartments [amended scheme]. PERMISSION HAS BEEN GRANTED 12/08/2010”. The photographs submitted by me appear as a matter of geographical and historical record only. I have no connection with any of the parties involved in the development.
