Derby Cathedral from the riverside
Derby Cathedral from the riverside
The Cathedral was originally All Saints' Church, its tall tower very late mediaeval, its nave 18th-century. The picture was taken from the open space south of The Silk Mill on a late-September morning.

Stephen Richards' SK3536 : Cathedral Church of All Saints, Iron Gate, Derby is a closer view, from the south east, with a more informative caption.
