SD9714 : Track on the Windy Hills

taken 3 years ago, 4 km from Denshaw, Oldham, Great Britain

Track on the Windy Hills
Track on the Windy Hills
The fencing seems to be to stop motor vehicles. There is a broad scar along the bridleway in the distance. It is surfaced with improted material containing fragments of glass. I did not realise it at the time, but the bridleway goes to the right - you can just see the line of it. The track in the foreground is on the map as a broken black line.
