taken 15 years ago, near to West Kirby, Wirral, Great Britain

West Kirby Marine Lake
West Kirby Marine Lake
The sun goes down over the Marine Lake, an artificial pool filled by the incoming tide and staying full when the tide retreats far out into the Dee estuary for sailing and windsurfing. In the distance the hills of North Wales decline to the low-lying Point of Air.
