The road to Abergwesyn, Powys
This is in Cwm Irfon, looking east; Llanerch-yrfa is off behind the trees on the left. The road crosses two of the three Irish bridges in this image. The weather station can just be seen on the right.

The road is the single track mountain road linking Tregaron with Abergwesyn via Cwm Camddwr and Cwm Tywi including the famous 25% gradient Devil's Staircase. The road is a popular tourist drive, dangerous or impassable in icy conditions, and liable to flooding here after prolonged heavy rain.
