Shipbourne War Memorial
Shipbourne War Memorial
St Giles Church at Shipbourne was rebuilt in 1721-22 and again in 1880-81 at the expense of Edward Cazalet of Fairlawne. It is an estate church at the centre of the village and estate of Fairlawne. The Greensand Way passes on this path through the churchyard between the church and the war memorial on its way to Ightham Mote.
