NJ1924 : Lade at Mains of Quirn

taken 3 years ago, near to Knockandhu, Moray, Great Britain

Lade at Mains of Quirn
Lade at Mains of Quirn
There is what looks like a lade running along one end of the main building at Mains of Quirn. It's not obvious where the water was drawn from, but there is a large stone with a depression in it that might once have supported a mill wheel. See NJ1924 : Ford above Mains of Quirn.
