New footbridge and the Genome Path
New footbridge and the Genome Path
A footbridge has been built very quickly over the summer of 2014. When complete, it will replace the foot crossing at Shepreth Branch Junction. This section of the path is temporarily closed, and a temporary path skirts the contractors' enclosure (see TL4653 : Footbridge building at Shepreth Branch Junction), through whose fence this picture was taken. TL4653 : The Genome Path in December gives an idea of this spot before the bridge went up.
